ESTO was founded in 2006 as an innovation subdivision of Lasers and Apparatus TM Science and Production Centre (SPC), the main company of the ESTO Group and the leading Russian manufacturer of laser equipment for materials processing (including laser dicing and cutting, welding, marking and deep engraving, resistor trimming and various microstructure fabrication technologies).

ESTO has been a resident of the Zelenograd Federal Special Economic Zone since 2007.

Taking advantage of their over 20 years of experience in development and design of laser materials processing equipment, experts of the Group currently develop and produce all-in-one processing systems and production lines for heavy-duty precision laser surfacing (MLP and ML series).

Manufacturing of MLP and ML series machines combines advanced component base (new types of lasers and kinematic and control systems) with up-to-date processing technology, what results in even more efficient solutions providing unique technological and economic advantages to our clients in various industries.

Our equipment is certified and our proprietory solutions are protected by more than 15 patents.

In addition, the wide range of technologies implemented in MLP and ML series machines allows us to successfully set up entire complex production facilities and processing centres. On the other hand, advanced production of multifunction complexes makes us efficient in solving tasks that require a wide and flexible product range.

Our subdivisions include:

Laser Technology Laboratory, where our qualified specialists investigate interaction of laser irradiance with different materials and carry out experiments using materials provided by clients.

We also conduct joint research with the leading Russian companies, univesities, and foreign partners.

Our own Engineering Department that develops laser equipment and modules for our production.

Kinematic Systems Laboratory involved in development and production of precision linear-motor driven positioning tables.

Laser and Optical Systems Laboratory that engages in research of capabilities of continuous and quasi-continuous fiber lasers; research and development of pulse lasers nanosecond, picosecond and femtosecond diode-pumped lasers (both fiber and solid-state); and development of optical schemes for production systems incorprating new types of lasers.

Production Department that performs assembly and setup of MLP and ML series machines.

Customer Service and Components Delivery Department that has qualified personnel and maintains a parts depot to ensure prompt servicing of installed systems.


Laser cutting machines are used for automatic laser precision cutting of steel, stainless steel, titanium, aluminum and other metal and alloy sheets.


New series of laser cutting machines ML35 with different types of cutters (2, fiber, solid-state and lamp-pumped) and linear motor-driven positioning gantry


High precision cutting, pattern cutting of difficult shapes, engraving, piercing, drilling of metal sheets up to 4 mm thick (steel, stainless steel), aluminum sheets up to 3 mm thick, copper and brass sheets up to 2-3 mm thick offering the superior quality of contour processing

MLP series

Precision laser stations of MLP series are an integral product of recent developments in component base (laser sources, kinematic and control systems) and state-of-the-art processing technologies. MLP series stations are perfect for realisation of tasks requiring high-reliability and high-productivity zero-defect manufacturing of various materials.
