BlueShark - embedded SO-DIMM system on module with TI OMAP3530

The BlueShark system-on-module is the ultra-compact design cloned from the Beagleboard and also based on TI OMAP3530. The module provides a cheap and power efficient solution for high performance applications where small dimensions and industrial temperature range are required. Significant performance and low power consumption are available due to the placing of the CPU core Cortex-A8 (600-720MHz), Texas Instruments DSP C64xx, NEON SIMD co-processor and POWERVR SGX accelerator on the same crystal chip.

The BlueShark schematics is based on popular platform Beagleboard. This provides priceless opportunities for software developers because a lot of free software is available for the Beagleboard. For software development and debugging there is a platform Atoll, fully compatible with the Beagleboard. This enables to run different software for the Beagleboard: Angstrom Linux, Google Android, Ubuntu, Gentoo on Atoll.
